Floyd began building websites in 1995 when the Internet was in its infancy. A few years later Floyd partnered with Tom Mealey and together they formed MinnesotaWizard. While working together they developed systems that make websites work for businesses. Floyd was recruited by a number of fortune 500 companies to provide specialized consulting and expertise for websites such as 3M's postit.com and scientificanglers.com. He has written sophisticated logic used in over 70% of the banking insitutions in the United States, created web applications used by the insurance industries to track millions of claims, and worked on some of the worlds most intricate web projects. Through his desire to return to helping small business, his years of expererience and his vast industry contacts Floyd Baker has assembled an A-Team of designers and developers.

Jessica started designing professionally in 1990 and holds a degree in Advertising Design. Jessica has designed for large companies such as 3M imation, Polaris, and Maricle Ear as well as helping small businesses create a brand identity and guiding them through the steps for making the most of their print materials. She has been Artist, Designer, Art Director of Marketing and Sr. Art Director, and has essential knowledge of concept-through-print processes. Jessica's love of helping small business has led her to become a top web design professional. Her experience, expertise and leadership in design make her a vital asset to A-Team IT.
